As Director of Trust Services for Manning & Napier, Veronica partners closely with clients and their families to thoughtfully administer trusts, taking care to honor each client’s wishes while adhering to the highest fiduciary standards.
Veronica works closely with clients to review and evaluate their estate plans, offering practical, easy to understand guidance and helping coordinate recommendations with their trusted advisors. Her approach to financial planning is highly personal, with the goal of helping clients feel informed, confident, and supported as they work toward their long-term objectives.
Additionally, she serves as Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at Exeter Trust Company, a New Hampshire chartered trust company associated with Manning & Napier. She is also a member of their Trust & Investment Committee and Business Advisory Committee. Through her committee work, she plays an active role in overseeing trust investments and contributing to key trust administration decisions, always with a focus on long-term stewardship and client well-being.
Veronica earned her Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law and began her legal career in private practice in Buffalo, New York. Her background in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and elder law continues to shape her thoughtful, client centered approach.
Outside of work, Veronica enjoys reading, cooking, travelling – especially to the beach – and attending sporting events. She is an enthusiastic supporter of the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres, as well as her children’s college teams, the University of Alabama and Miami University.
Veronica is also deeply committed to her community and has spent many years volunteering for her children’s school and athletic activities, including serving as team manager for her son’s travel soccer team and hockey teams.
